A workshop designed to help students explore inverted and upright balances while developing body awareness and alignment.
Prerequisites: None
Skills we’ll work towards:
Levers: straddle, pike, tuck
Headstands, handstands, forearm stands
One-leg balances (working towards Scorpion and Y balance)

A deep dive into core control and alignment, this workshop helps students improve both static and dynamic balance - upright and upside down.
Prerequisites: Kick to handstand
Skills we’ll work towards:
Levers: straddle, pike, planche
Handstand variations: pirouette, straddle/pike lift and lower, healy turn
Headstand: to handstand/froggy, from bridge
Forearm stand

For dancers ready to push their back flexibility and bridge work further, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore more advanced bridge-based progressions.
Prerequisites: Able to push into a bridge independently

Bridge recover
Bridge kick over
Handstand to bridge

This workshop bridges the gap between cartwheels and more advanced tumbling. Dancers will work on round off progressions and begin building the strength, shapes, and timing needed for back handspring development.
