Sarum Hall School Ballet Club
We are delighted to provide specialist ballet classes exclusively for pupils at Sarum Hall School.
At Dakodas, we believe that excellent ballet training should go hand in hand with confidence, enjoyment and encouragement. Our classes introduce children to strong classical ballet foundations while developing musicality, coordination, posture, discipline and a genuine love of dance.
KS2 Ballet Club
Uniform
Children attending KS2 Ballet should wear:
- A Dakodas mulberry ballet leotard
- Ballet tights or socks, as appropriate
- Pink ballet shoes
- Long hair tied neatly and securely away from the face, preferably in a ballet bun
KS1 Ballet Club

Children attending KS1 Ballet should wear:
- A pink skirted ballet leotard
- Pink ballet socks or ballet tights
- Pink ballet shoes
- Long hair tied neatly and securely away from the face

Why does ballet uniform matter?
Wearing the correct ballet uniform is an important part of ballet training.
Suitable clothing allows our teachers to:
- See posture and body alignment clearly
- Teach ballet technique safely and accurately
- Correct movements effectively
- Encourage good ballet habits from the beginning
- Help every child progress with confidence
It also helps children understand the structure and expectations of a ballet class and gives them a wonderful sense of belonging to their club.

What to Bring
- A named water bottle
- All ballet shoes and clothing are clearly named
- Long hair is tied securely away from the face. A ballet bun would be amazing, but we understand this may not be possible at the start of a school day, so please ensure your child has a hair tie to tie their hair up.
- Jewellery and watches are removed before class
