Private 1 to 1 Contemporary and Modern Dance

Our private contemporary and modern dance sessions are expressive, creative, and tailored entirely to you. Whether you are completely new to dance or looking to deepen your technique and artistry, these sessions are designed to help you move with confidence, freedom, and intention in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Contemporary and modern dance focus on fluidity, control, musical interpretation, and emotional expression. Drawing on elements of modern technique, release work, and creative exploration, these styles encourage dancers to connect movement with feeling, breath, and storytelling.

In our private sessions, you will:
– Develop strong contemporary and modern technique
– Improve control, balance, flexibility, and coordination
– Explore musicality, dynamics, and quality of movement
– Build confidence in expression, performance, and artistry
– Work creatively on phrasing, improvisation, and choreography

These sessions are ideal for:
Kids, teens, or adults who enjoy expressive movement
Dancers looking to improve technique or confidence
Students preparing for auditions or exams
Friends who would like to train together in a private setting
Anyone who wants to explore dance in a calm, creative, and supportive way
