Private acro and gymnastics lessons in London
Dakodas private acro and gymnastics lessons give children and teenagers focused time to build strength, flexibility, coordination and individual skills through safe, structured progressions. Every session is adapted to the student's current ability and physical confidence.
Who this private class is for
A private lesson can help a beginner learn the foundations before joining a group, support a nervous child who benefits from quieter tuition, or give an experienced student time to work on a particular skill. It is also a popular choice for visiting families during school holidays and for children preparing for auditions, performances or specialist training.
What your lesson can include
- Conditioning, flexibility and body control
- Balances, rolls, handstands, cartwheels and walkover progressions
- Safe preparation for more advanced acro skills
- Coordination, spatial awareness and controlled landings
- Dance-based acro transitions and performance quality
- Confidence, resilience and a clear understanding of technique
The teacher will only work on skills that are appropriate for the student's level and the available space. A home, hotel or private venue must provide a safe and suitable area; where necessary, we may recommend using a Dakodas studio instead.
Where private lessons can take place
Choose a Dakodas studio in Knightsbridge, a suitable home, hotel or private venue in London. We regularly arrange lessons for local families, international visitors and bookings made through hotel concierges. Private sessions are generally for one or two participants. Larger groups can be arranged, although the price may increase.
How booking works
- Choose and pay for a 60, 90 or 120-minute private session online.
- We contact you to ask for your preferred day, time, location and goals.
- We match you with a suitable specialist teacher and confirm the final arrangement.
Because the lesson is individually arranged, the exact time is subject to teacher and venue availability. A small amount of flexibility may be needed, but our team will work with you to find the best possible option.

Trial Class Dates
Trial classes are booked for the next available date. If you would prefer a different date, you can specify this directly on the booking page.
What happens after a trial class?
After your trial class, we will email you to see how it went. You can then either enrol for the remainder of the term on a pro-rata basis, or we can issue an invoice for you.
Private Classes
Private sessions are £135 and this fee includes the teacher, studio hire, and all administrative support. We operate a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to move or cancel your session, please email us at least 72 hours before the booking and we will happily refund or reschedule. If we do not hear from you within the 72-hour window, the session becomes payable in full, as we are required to cover the teacher and studio costs.
