Breakdance
Breakdancing is a unique and exciting form of street dance/ hip dance that promotes self-expression, creativity, and athleticism. It’s an excellent way to build confidence, improve coordination, and make new friends.
Our breakdance classes are tailored to kids of all ages and skill levels. During our classes your child will learn a variety of breakdancing moves, including popping, locking, and breaking. They’ll also learn choreography and freestyle techniques.
Our classes are designed to be both fun and challenging, for beginners up to advanced and your child will be encouraged to push themselves to achieve their goals.
Breakdancing is a great way to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Your child will develop coordination, flexibility, and strength, alongside confidence and self-esteem. The classes typically begin with a warm-up to get the body moving and prepared for dance. This includes stretching, cardio exercises, and strength-building activities.
After the warm-up, students will move on to learning and practicing breakdancing moves, such as freezes, footwork, and power moves.
